After you download Updates, be sure to integrate them into Encarta 97 Encyclopedia. This will ensure that you will be able to see your new Updates within your encyclopedia. After the download is complete, open Encarta Encyclopedia, click Online Features on the Home screen or in the Features menu, and then click Downloads. In the Downloads screen that appears, click Integrate.
